We pride ourselves on the quality of our plug plants and have worked hard to create an innovative packing system that not only protects our little plants in transit, but also, critically, causes no harm to the planet too. 

However, despite our very best efforts to ensure your plants reach you on time and in excellent condition, things may occasionally go wrong due to circumstances beyond our control.  But that's not a problem, we also pride ourselves on our first class customer service, so if you are at all unhappy with your order please get in touch immediately, and we will do our best to resolve matters to your complete satisfaction.  We will try to replace your order exactly, however if that is not possible due to stock availability,  we will offer similar plants as replacements, or, if you prefer we will offer you a refund.
