Delivery / collection information
All orders are carefully picked and packed to ensure your plants reach you in their very best condition.

Once your plug plants are picked they are wrapped in eco friendly poly starch, then in recycled newspaper or magazine sheets, to protect them in transit, before being labelled.
Orders despatched by post will also include a UK Plant Passport which we, as registered growers are required by law to send out with all postal orders.

We are based in Albrighton, WV7. We are happy to arrange collection of orders placed online.
Orders can be collected Saturdays between 10am - 1pm by prior arrangement. Please contact us to arrange an appointment time.
Delivery, postage & packing
We charge £4.99 postage & package for delivery anywhere in the UK
Orders of £35.00 and over will be delivered free of charge

Orders are despatched with Royal Mail 1st Class / UPS
​
We despatch orders within 3-4 days working days of receipt of order. We post Monday to Thursday only (with the exception of Bank Holidays), to avoid plants being stored for prolonged periods over the weekend in a post depot.

Please note we delay sending plants out in the post during extremely hot weather spells. We will notify you of any such delay.
