I began my small organic garden nursery after reading ‘The Garden Jungle: Or Gardening to Save the Planet’ by Dave Goulson. Reading this book I discovered that most plants available in garden centres are doused in toxic chemicals. Chemicals which are extremely harmful to the health of our pollinators, wildlife and soil life.

CREATE, PROTECT AND RESTORE BIODIVERSITY All the plants I grow are loved by pollinators, but I have a particular fondness for our wonderful native wildflowers. Unfortunately they are now in significant decline, yet very much needed to support and restore depleted populations of our wildlife.
Our native wildflowers are not only beautiful but very well adapted to our climate, easy to grow and pest resistant. Their colour and scent naturally attract pollinators, while their nectaries produce safe nourishment which is readily available to pollinators.
I also grow garden flowers and herbs, as a diverse range of plants ensures an extended flowering period creating a longer feeding window for pollinators. Crucially the increased biodiversity also promotes the development of much healthier garden ecosystems.

Great variety, service and knowledge from Julie at Perfect Plants for Pollinators. This is the only supplier I use and recommend for people wanting to get plants that help pollinators.

Lovely healthy Fox & Cubs and Bird’s-foot-trefoil plug plants, delighted. They’re one of my favourite wild flowers and can’t wait to see them in flower next summer. They are gracing a new urban wild flower patch converted from a grassed roadside verge. Also you don’t know how much I appreciate No Peat and No Plastic - Huge thanks. Will be buying from you again.
